The grannies are angry, scandalous, they blow their minds at the medical staff and sort things out among themselves, not all of them, of course, but many. Check-in in the morning at 8 o'clock. Check-in and visit to the doctor who prescribes the procedures. The procedures are performed in a separate medical building. The food is dietary, nothing fatty, normal. Nature is beautiful. We went swimming in the Ruza River. Quiet, calm, just relax...

We sent my mother here after reading good reviews and regretted it a hundred times. Show these people who gave 5 stars! Mom was taken away ahead of schedule... yes, yes, it’s more like a prison. The food is disgusting, the linen is dirty, the staff is rude. It's a pity for elderly people who cannot fight with the staff. Mom lived in Lux, one word “Lux”. I bought toilet paper at my own expense, bought food for myself, and changed my underwear with a scandal. It's scary to think about those who have a regular number! You don't even need this for free! Have pity on your family, don't go there!!!

It's better not to come here in winter! There are a lot of people, an overloaded canteen and a medical building. The medical staff and canteen staff cannot cope with such a flow of elderly sick people! Haste, inattention... In the dining room, the grandmother next to me blew her nose into napkins and immediately laid them out in front of her! As a result, I contracted the flu and came down with a temperature of 38.2. A nurse came into the room, took the temperature, and poured something into a jar to gargle. The next morning I wrote out a ticket for an appointment with a doctor, who, in the cold and snow, was just a stone’s throw away from me! The pharmacy in the medical building is closed, but Crimean cosmetics, shampoos, face masks, etc. are available. sold at commercial prices... Luckily, I took the necessary medications with me - as I felt! During my vacation, I saw ambulances coming to vacationers more than once... I would like to propose to the respected management of the sanatorium to reconsider the norms of collective nutrition for residents that have existed since Soviet times and at least allow suddenly ill people to eat in their rooms during the acutely infectious period. Not so long ago there was Covid, the old people who come are weakened and, receiving treatment for the musculoskeletal system, ruin what remains of their health in the dining room, sitting next to sneezing and coughing people in halls designed for more than one hundred people! I liked the treatment according to my profile. Nature is beautiful. But the dining room... no words!!! I ran home as soon as the fever subsided

Resort 5+, mineral water, brine baths, swimming pool with mineral water, massage, exercise therapy, injections, physiotherapy, mud, ozone treatment. This is 1/10 of what the resort represents for you. I’m not talking about the fresh air and gorgeous landscape. The views are amazing. Rooms for every taste and color. Movies in the evenings. On Saturdays and Sundays there is service in the Temple. We live in an economy class and are very happy. The food is amazing, varied. the staff is responsive and sincere
